So I FINALLY finished the turtle. I don't know why, but he seemed to take forever to complete. But like the story of the tortoise and the hare, slow and steady wins the race.
And just look at that cheeky smile and he crosses the finish line.
Next up is the tree.
Hopefully it won't be 3 weeks until you hear from me again.
Are you stitching over one? If so, that explains your lack of speed. Looks gorgeous to me.
ReplyDeleteI is over one, but it's on an afghan, so the stitch is still rather large. It's actually the afghan itself that slows me down. I have to use a super loose stitching order for it to show. It's painstaking at times.
