Nothing much to see, except sky, sky and more sky. There will be a total of 5 pages of sky, and then a few pages of water before the mermaid starts to make an appearance.
I wish I had something more exciting to show off, but when it's done, then man, these glum updates will have been worth it!

Beautiful. I think the colours look fabulous together but I can imagine they aren't very exciting to stitch. Congrats on the page finish.
ReplyDeleteThanks! The colors aren't so bad. Not as bad as the boring browns, but then again, I'm only on the 3rd page. Ask me my opinion when I'm on page 7.
DeletePage is is halfway done!
The blending is amazing and I'm sure will look great on the finished piece.
ReplyDeleteThe blending really is pretty. It doesn't translate very well into the photo, but it is lovely and soothing. I won't lie, though. I will be happy to actually start the mermaid.
DeleteAt least it gives you something to look forward to. Hopefully these pages go quickly for you. Congrats on finishing 2 pages, that's a great achievement.

Thanks! The pages are going relatively fast. Page 3 is halfway done already. There are lots of color patches, which makes the process so much faster, and easier.
DeleteHello
ReplyDeleteJust found you!
That wip looks like a huge project.
I love your Rose of Sharon, the colours you used are beautiful.
Thank you, and welcome!!!!
DeleteThis project is a HUGE project! But I'm enjoying it so far. Ask me again in six months and we'll see what I have to say, but so far, so good!
