I thought I'd try something different and take a photo at the end of each stitching sitting, so I could see just how much (or little) progress I was making. It turns out I could see a lot of progress each and every time.

Thanks, Sally-Ann, it's definitely a cute project. It's for my best friend who gave birth to her son back in Dec. I've only got 4 panels left and I hope I can finish before she comes for a visit in June. I've got my work cut out for me!

ReplyDeleteThe mouse is taking longer. I've just got the flowers, and butterfly and backstitching to do, but sometimes they take the longest.
DeleteOh, and I was totally going to take progress photo's, but like a ding-a-ling, I forgot.
Very cool! Fantastic progression photos it really brings out how much we actually accomplish without realising it!

You're so right! I was surprised at how much I actually achieved in a sitting.
DeleteI meant to do the same with my little mouse that I'm working on now, but I forgot.
