It has been pointed out by Debbie that there is no button to friend or follow me with.

Without one, this whole blogging things seems a tad pointless.  So, does anyone with more experience than me (read: everyone) know how I might set this up?

I'd be everso grateful if you share this apparently supah sekrit handshake with me.

  1. Yay I'm your first official follower/stalker!!! Not sure what your friend meant about no button as I found it. I look at blogs through google and there was a button to click on the top right hand side of your post, which obviously I did. It indicated to click it if you wished to follow this site.

Wow you have completed so many amazing pieces.I love the stocking you stitched with the HAED design. Beautiful work. Looking forward to all future posts.

    Take care stunner

  2. OMG, this button took about 4 hours to find and install. But by darn, I did it! (Iz stubborn that way)

Thank you for the kind words about my stitching. But I must agree, the fairy was stunning. When I first bought the pattern I had never heard of Heaven and Earth Designs... and when I got the pattern, there was a moment of stunned silence while I contemplated all 13 pages. But when it was done, I found myself returning to their site again and again. So, my next few are going to be HaED. I plan on making lots of progress posts, so stay tuned!

Thanks for being my first friend!

    2. You know, it's funny you should say that. Considering I have been stitching since I was 11, which makes it ... well, never mind how long that makes it... suffice to say, it's a bloody long time, I have always been a one pattern and one project at a time kinda gal. I would see a pattern, buy it, finish it, then start looking for a new pattern. I don't have UFO's, and I don't have more than one project on the go.

That is, until I discovered Heaven and Earth Designs. Now I have two patterns sitting all ready to go, and one that I am eyeing up, and I am sure I will buy while this current sale is happening.

I think this is the start of a very, very slippery slope, and before I know it, I will be drowning under a pile of UFO's.

      I fear the worst!
